you might want to look into CoolEdit... i think it costs a few bucks, but it's worth it

I am looking for effects like robot voices or echo. I will also require a WAV mixer to mix the files together (FREE!).

i used a wonderful program called: i don't remember now

wait I'll search for it.

there is also TalkIt! from microsoft (available with PLUS! for Kids, it is nice but without saving to wav options.

I'll try searching for the other program and post back.

What kind of change? Are you looking for a vocoder or just effects like flange?
