I know we can have Tylenol for pain. But how much can we take? Is it the recommended adult dosage them recommend on the box? This is the first time I have had a sinus headache

Bosslady,
I also suggest you call and speak with the nurse. She can provide further direction. Then please post what you share.

You can take the regular adult dose of Tylenol which is 650mg q4h as needed. The recommendation is not to exceed more than 4000mg/day but if you are requiring that amount of Tylenol, you should seek medical attention for further evaluation and possible different medication.
